• Having excellent knowledge of HR recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations and closing and follow up with candidate even after on boarded.

• Recruiting candidates through various Job portals, internal database, through social network, cold calling, referrals, and other strategies.

• Maintaining good database of candidates

• Candidates will be preferred having experience in handling recruitment – financial sector
